Our Story
The Beginning
Gemini Coffee & Eats was founded by twin sisters, Nikki Roth and Missy Huber. With a passion for great coffee and delicious food, they set out to create a welcoming space for the community to enjoy, along with a quick service top-notch drive thru.
Our Philosophy
At Gemini Coffee & Eats, our philosophy is simple: to provide our customers with the highest quality food and drinks in a warm and welcoming environment. We believe that great food and drinks start with quality ingredients, which are sourced from local and sustainable sources whenever possible starting with our milk. Be sure to try our locally made pastries & bagels! All of our syrups are also locally made with simple ingredients, and we are proud to say we make our own inhouse cold foam and blended drinks. Try our rich affogatos with locally made gelato! Fresh wraps & salads using Ohio grown greens. Warm up with our chili - locally raised and cooked.
